Read and filter Results

Updated September 28, 2026 · 1 min read

Every worker has a Results tab that lists its runs, one row per conversation, email, cancellation, or Slack message depending on the worker. Filter it down to what you need, then read each row for the outcome.

Filter what you see

  1. Use the date range control above the table to narrow Results to a time window.
  2. Click Filters to open the Filters sheet. Set the fields you need, such as Escalated, Status, CSAT, or any Dynamic column, then click Apply. Click Reset to clear them.
  3. For a column with only a few short values in the date range, pick one from the dropdown. For anything else, choose an operator (Equals, Contains, Starts with, Ends with) and type the value.

Read a row

Each row is one run. Its columns show the outcome fields and any Dynamic columns you added. Hover a long cell to read the full text. Open Trace to see the steps the worker took, and Notes to read or leave a comment for teammates.

FAQ

What counts as one row on Results?

It depends on the worker — one ticket for chat, one run for email, one cancellation for Churn, and so on.

Can I filter by a Dynamic (ad-hoc) column?

Yes. Every Dynamic column you add gets its own control in the Dynamic columns section of the Filters sheet.

Does filtering affect the CSV export?

Yes. The CSV export follows the same filters as the table, so the numbers line up. Custom workers don't have a CSV export.

What do the status labels mean?

Processing means the run hasn't finished yet; Completed, Skipped, or Failed show the final outcome.
