The main nav
- Home — a daily overview: knowledge sources, gaps, integrations, and performance at a glance
- Workers — every Worker you have, grouped by kind
- Tasks — deliverables waiting on your review or approval
- Knowledge — the sources your Workers search: helpdesk articles, SOPs, and past conversations
- Performance — company-wide metrics across your Workers
Account settings
Account, at the bottom of the nav, holds Settings, API, MCP, Workers, Team, Billing, and Notifications for your whole company.

Where do I manage integrations or billing?
Both live under Account: Integrations from the left nav, and Billing as a tab inside Account.
What's the difference between Workers and Knowledge?
Workers are the automations themselves. Knowledge is what they search — helpdesk articles, SOPs, and past conversations.
Where do I see everything my company has connected?
Open Integrations from the left nav for a full list of connected platforms.
