Invite teammates and set roles

Updated October 12, 2026 · 1 min read

Invite people from Account → Team and choose User, Admin, or Internal Q&A. Users and Admins work in the app; Internal Q&A teammates connect Claude or ChatGPT to ask Internal Q&A only.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open Account → Team and click Invite user. Enter their email and pick a role.

Choose a role

  • User — configure and run Workers in the app.
  • Admin — everything a User can do, plus Team, billing, and integrations.
  • Internal Q&A — no product access. After they click the magic link they land on a connect page, paste the MCP URL into Claude or ChatGPT, and can only ask Internal Q&A.

Change or remove access

  1. Change a teammate's role or remove them from the same Team list at any time. If someone with the Internal Q&A role already connected Claude or ChatGPT, their connection keeps working but becomes ask-only straight away — no reconnect needed.

FAQ

What is the difference between User, Admin, and Internal Q&A?

Users can configure and run Workers day to day. Admins can also manage billing, integrations, and teammates. Internal Q&A teammates cannot use the Zentesimal app; they connect Claude or ChatGPT and can only ask Internal Q&A.

How do I remove a teammate?

Open Account → Team and remove them from the list. They immediately lose access to your company.

Can Internal Q&A teammates log in to Zentesimal?

Yes — they need to log in so Claude or ChatGPT can complete OAuth. After login they only see the MCP connect page, not Workers, Results, or settings.

Why can't I change the last Admin's role?

Every company needs at least one Admin. Make another teammate an Admin first, then change the original Admin to User or Internal Q&A.

Which role should I give someone who only needs answers about our product?

Internal Q&A. They connect Claude or ChatGPT from the connect page and ask questions answered from your knowledge base, without seeing Workers, Results, or settings.
