Add company and product AI context

Updated September 23, 2026 · 1 min read

Account Settings → AI Context holds the company and product description that every support-facing worker reads when it builds its prompt.

What AI Context controls

Two fields — Company description and Product description — feed the system prompts for support chat, the email worker, spam detection, and internal Slack Q&A. Set them once and every worker that talks about your product uses the same wording.

Fill in the fields

  1. Open Account Settings → AI Context.
  2. Product name is read-only — it's your account name and isn't edited here.
  3. Write a Company description (mission or positioning) and a Product description (what the product does), 10–1000 characters each.
  4. Save. An empty field falls back to a short generic line built from your account name.

Who can edit it

Any signed-in teammate can view the page; only a company admin can save changes.

FAQ

Who can edit the AI Context fields?

Any teammate in the company can view them, but only a company admin can save changes.

What happens if I leave a field blank?

Workers fall back to a short generic line built from your account name — nothing breaks, but replies read more generic.

How long can each description be?

Between 10 and 1000 characters when filled in; leave a field empty to skip it entirely.

Which workers use this text?

Support chat, the email worker, spam detection, and internal Slack Q&A all read it when building their prompts.
