Add baseline and target lines to Results charts

Updated October 19, 2026 · 2 min read

Add baseline and target lines to a worker's Results charts so you can see at a glance whether daily volume, resolution, or a recovery rate is above or below the number you care about.

Open the graph

  1. Open the worker and go to the Results tab.
  2. If the worker has more than one graph, use the arrows until you see the bar or line chart you want.

Place, tag, and move the line

  1. Move the pointer over the plot. A dashed preview follows the vertical value.
  2. Click to drop the line. Type a label (or keep the default value) and press Enter.

  1. Drag the line up or down to change the value. Click the tag to rename it, or use the delete control to remove it.
  2. Add more lines the same way if you need more than one reference (for example Baseline and Target). You can keep up to 12 lines on a graph.

Where the lines are saved

Lines stay in this browser for your user and company, on that graph. They are not part of a saved dashboard tile, and they do not sync to another device.

FAQ

Why can’t I add a line on a pie chart?

A target line needs a vertical axis. Pie charts show shares, not a Y value, so they do not accept a line.

Will my teammates see my target lines?

No. Each signed-in user keeps their own lines in their browser. They are not stored on the Result rows.

Can I set a CSAT target on Chat graphs?

Not yet. On graphs with two vertical axes, clicking places a line on the left axis (ticket or volume counts), not the CSAT scale on the right.

I deleted the Churn Target line. How do I get 5% back?

Click the graph and place a new line at 5%, then label it Target. Clearing site data for this app would also restore the original Baseline and Target the next time you open that graph.
