Enable or pause a worker
Updated September 21, 2026 · 1 min read
Turn a Worker on when its knowledge, Skills, and a test run look right, or pause it any time without losing its setup.
Open the worker
- In the left nav, open Workers and select the one you want to turn on or pause.
Toggle Enabled
- In the worker's header, next to Run Worker, switch Enabled on or off.

FAQ
What happens when I pause a worker?
The worker stops running on new Triggers or live events immediately. Nothing is deleted — Skills, Guards, knowledge, and Results are untouched.
Does pausing delete its Skills and Guards?
No. Enabled only controls whether the worker runs. Its configuration stays exactly as you left it, so you can turn it back on at any time.
Can I still run it manually while it's paused?
No — Run Worker requires the worker to be enabled. Turn it on first, run it, then pause it again if you only wanted a one-off test.
