Duplicate a worker
Updated September 21, 2026 · 1 min read
Duplicate an existing Worker when you want a second playbook without starting from a blank wizard.
Duplicate from the Workers list
- In the left nav, open Workers to see your worker cards.
- Open the ⋮ menu on the worker card you want to copy and choose Duplicate.

- The copy appears disabled, named “{original name} - Copy.”

Rename it and turn it on
- Open the copy, hover the title to rename it, then enable it once you've adjusted what needs to change.
FAQ
What gets copied when I duplicate a worker?
Skills (including disabled ones), Guards, triggers, connected knowledge sources, and input/output fields. Results and skill version history are not copied.
Is the duplicate enabled right away?
No. The copy is always created disabled so you can review and adjust it before it starts running.
Can I duplicate a built-in platform worker like Chat support?
Duplicate is for custom Workers you created from the Add Worker wizard, not the built-in platform workers.
